Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (+ $1.00/hour shift premium) 3rd

Shift:

Sunday-Wednesday, 9:00 PM-7:00 AM (+ $2.00/hour shift premium) 1st and 3rd shifts are four 10-hour shifts Overtime may be available based on customer demand What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you'll work hands-on in a manufacturing environment operating plating equipment and helping keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Your day may include:

Operating and monitoring production equipment Loading and unloading metal parts for processing Following work orders, customer specifications, and safety procedures Checking product quality and keeping production on schedule Working closely with other operators and production team members Keeping your work area clean and organized What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work safely Comfortable with hands-on, physical work Ability to stand, bend, twist, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift Good communication and teamwork skills Manufacturing experience is helpful, but training is available for the right candidate As an Assistant, you'll help prepare for processing. You'll work with a production team to make sure parts are positioned correctly and ready for processing.

Your day-to-day work includes:

Rack and un-rack a variety of parts according to work orders Position parts correctly to ensure consistent, quality plating Inspect parts and racks for proper placement Identify and communicate potential quality issues Maintain a steady production pace while following safety and quality standards Keep your work area clean and organized Work independently while being a reliable member of the production team Growth & Opportunity This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn new equipment, earn additional certifications, take on more responsibility, and increase your earning potential through performance and advancement.
