REQUIRED EDUCATION
•High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Operate food packaging equipment while maintaining continuous production. Monitor production lines and make adjustments as needed. Operate equipment such as fillers, pouch fillers, cartoners, labelers, cappers, sealers, checkweighers, scales, and metal detectors. Assist with production line setups and changeovers. Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues. Perform equipment disassembly and cleaning as required. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Follow all food safety, quality-control, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
Qualifications:
Previous food manufacturing, machine operating, packaging, or production experience preferred. Experience setting up, troubleshooting, operating, disassembling, and cleaning production equipment is highly preferred. Ability to make basic machine adjustments to maintain continuous production. Strong attention to food safety, quality, and sanitation. Dependable attendance and a consistent work history. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
