Pay:

$25•26/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium A growing manufacturing company is adding a new shift in their Finishing Department and is looking for a Folder/Gluer Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone with folding carton/folder-gluer experience—or a mechanically-inclined manufacturing operator who's ready to learn. What you'll do Set up and operate folder/gluer equipment Make changeovers/adjustments to meet quality and production requirements Troubleshoot issues and perform mechanical adjustments as needed Maintain safe, clean work practices and follow standard procedures Required Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around manufacturing equipment/machinery Ability to troubleshoot and learn processes quickly Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude assessment during the interview process (paper test + hands-on test) Preferred Experience in the folding carton industry, specifically folding/gluing machines Hands-on experience with equipment such as: Domino 110 Alpina (Easy Feeder & Cartonpack II) Masterfold (Easy Feeder, Batch Inverter, & Cartonpack II) HHS gluing systems Heiber Schroeder window machines Strong understanding of machine setup, troubleshooting, and adjustments Why consider this role Direct hire opportunity with a company investing in growth Strong hourly pay plus shift premium Stable, consistent schedule For more information or immediate consideration, call Sarah at 920-684-8324 or email her at sballard@abrjobs.com ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
