• Stamping Responsibilities:

• Operating single-stroke and coil fed punch press equipment safely and efficiently
• Performing visual and dimensional inspections using measuring devices, gauges, fixtures, and other quality tools to ensure products meet blueprint and customer specifications
• Loading and unloading metal coils with or without assistance as needed
• Inspecting, packaging, and labeling finished products according to customer requirements and company procedures
• Verifying bills of materials and production orders to ensure accurate product manufacturing
• Safely operating pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as needed
• Meeting or exceeding production, efficiency, and quality goals
• Completing required company training and maintaining compliance with all safety and operational requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment Requirements for Machine Operator

• Stamping:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math, measurement and reading comprehension skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Prior machining operation experience; preferably in stamping or similar production environment
• Ability to walk/stand for 8-10 hours; lifting/moving up to 50 pounds regularly
• Familiarity with hand tools and other manufacturing equipment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
• Strong attention to detail
