Shift Hours:
7:00AM-3:00PM, Mon-Fri
Starting Pay:
$18.00 per hour As a team member working in Final Assembly, you will be part of a small and close-knit team. You'll work in a clean, well-lit, and climate controlled environment. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills for this role! Assemblers may perform all or some of the following responsibilities: Receives, interprets, and fulfills job orders. Communicates with Cell Leader and Manager to maximize quality and productivity. Identifies & retrieves component parts to complete daily build. Assembles and refines bows according to exact specifications. Completes all work required within a bow cell. Assembles accessory kits and products, such as quivers, rests, grips, and other archery-related accessories. Performs quality inspection and identifies non-conforming products. Records data for cell lead or manager, as required. Assists in all cells within the department as needed. Performs daily housekeeping duties as assigned.
Final Assembly Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Previous leadership experience preferred Prior operating/manufacturing experience required Must be dependable & punctual High attention to detail Ability to multi-task Team player, willingness to learn/help out in other areas Strong work history and longevity required Ability to lift up to 50lbs ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
