•$32.00 per hour Essential Responsibilities Review production schedules and production sheets to determine machine assignments and daily production requirements. Set up date coding equipment and bulk packaging machines according to production specifications. Clean and sanitize equipment thoroughly following production runs and established procedures. Inspect equipment before use and after cleaning to ensure proper operating condition. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packaging area throughout the production shift. Safely pull, stage, and prepare packaging materials needed for daily production. Operate and monitor packaging processes, including: Matching lids, cups, and foils Monitoring heat tunnel performance Keeping automatic feeders stocked Ensuring accurate bulk packaging operations Measure and monitor product pH levels to verify packaging readiness. Monitor product quality throughout the packaging process. Conduct weight checks and maintain accurate production and quality records. Inspect and verify the integrity of cup seals and bulk packaging seals. Ensure all boxes are properly taped and secured before leaving the packaging area. Follow all safety, quality, sanitation, GMP, and SOP requirements. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. QualificationsEducation & Experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Minimum of six (6) months of related manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong commitment to Safety, Quality, and Productivity . Ability to read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Dependable, flexible, energetic, and highly efficient work ethic. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude and team-oriented approach. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multitask efficiently, and remain organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Physical Requirements Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position in accordance with established work screen protocols. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout scheduled shifts. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials as required by job duties.
