Pay:
$18-$30+/hour Pay is based on experience, specific skill set, position and shift. Opportunities for pay increases upon hire-on and at 60-days and 6 months after hire-on.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a skilled manufacturing, welding, metal finishing, machine operation or similar role Experience operating or working with equipment relevant to the position Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions or production specifications, depending on the role Ability to use basic measuring tools and inspect work for quality, as applicable Steady work history with good longevity at previous employers Strong attendance and reliability Good written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn new equipment, processes and skills Specific experience and qualifications will vary by position.
Pay Details:
