Print Shop Press Assistant

Join our dynamic print production team as a Print Shop Press Assistant, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the creation of high-quality printed materials. In this role, you will support the operation of various printing presses, assist with prepress preparations, and ensure that every project meets our rigorous standards for color accuracy and quality. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help streamline production workflows, contribute to innovative print advertising campaigns, and uphold our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Start as a catcher/tagger to potentially move up to puller then press operator. Support prepress processes such as layout garments, setup finishing materials such as tickets and hangers. Check quality control as product moves through the printing process throughout the production process to detect and correct issues related to color consistency, registration, and print clarity. Follow instructions on work orders. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and operational standards at all times. . Experience in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential.
