NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Must be at least a primary school graduate.

a) Must be successful in human relations. b) Must be a problem solver and open to suggestions. c) Must be able to carry out the organization successfully and fluently d) Should be able to evaluate the workflow as a whole and establish coordination and balance between various functions.
KEY ACTIVITIES
To ensure that the extrusion area and the area around it, together with the machines, are clean and tidy. To act in accordance with the relevant instruction in case of malfunctions and disruptions in production. To ensure that the products produced are made in accordance with the quality plan. To ensure that production is carried out in accordance with the production plan.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure that the extrusion section and the surrounding area is clean and tidy with the machines To work in a way that does not jeopardize occupational health and safety in line with the occupational health and safety trainings given to him/her. To know and comply with their own duties in the Emergency Procedure. To know and comply with their duties in the Fire Prevention Plan. To act in accordance with the manuals, procedures, standards, instructions and plans related to
ISO 9001
as defined in the booklet, brochure, etc. given or to be given.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To supply raw materials, fluffs and empty pallets. To ensure that the adjustment and recycling rolls go to the waiting area appropriately and to control them. To act in accordance with the relevant instruction in case of malfunctions and disruptions in production. To ensure that the rejects from the extrusion machines are removed from the production area To clean the filter, to have it done and to report the missing material to the superior. To measure the weight and thickness of the rolls. To control the employees under his/her responsibility at the start of work, to ensure that shift changes are made at the beginning of the machine, to report any non-conformities to their superiors. To organize the workflow during rest times. Determining the needs of the staff (permission, etc. general needs) and informing the superior Depending on the principle of awareness, to be in coordination with other unit operators in the factory, to notify their superiors of situations that disrupt or may disrupt the work harmony within the entire factory. To act in accordance with the manuals, procedures, standards, instructions and plans related to BRC-IOP as defined by the booklet, brochure, etc. given or to be given. To act in accordance with the relevant instruction in case of malfunctions and disruptions in production. Follow the extrusion caliber adjustment and roll distribution and correct these settings when the machine's bolt settings are disturbed.
