Job Description
Job description: Manufacturing assembler in the medical device field will perform various manufacturing tasks in a cleanroom environment in support of company goals, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to produce products and components. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assemble assigned product parts and sub-assemblies in accordance with production guidelines. Perform spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards. Ability to read and follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and work procedures (WP). Notify management of quality, process, or product discrepancies and equipment malfunctions. Adhere to established company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations. Wear personal protective equipment, as required. Rotate through different tasks in the assembly process. Ensure that the products assembled meet quality standards and reject the products outside of specifications. Set up and operation of injection molding equipment. Perform equipment startup and shutdown following written procedures. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintain the cleanroom environment in accordance with established procedures.
