Multiple Schedules Available:

1st shift: Monday

•Thursday, 5:00 AM

•3:30 PM 2nd

•2:00 AM + 5% shift differential

Weekend Shift:

Friday

•Sunday, 5:00 AM

•5:00 PM + 7% shift differential (training on 1st shift for a couple of weeks) 4th

•5:30 AM + 7% shift differential (training on 1st shift for a couple of weeks) Position Summary A leading medical device manufacturer in Irvine is seeking an Assembler I to join their production team. This role is responsible for electro-mechanical assembly, cleanroom assembly, and product packaging. We are looking for dependable individuals with strong hand assembly skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform electro-mechanical assembly and packaging of medical devices. Assemble products using hand tools while following detailed work instructions. Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection documents. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and company procedures. Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Learn new equipment and manufacturing processes as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of medical device assembly experience preferred. Experience working in an FDA, GMP, or ISO-regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Strong manual dexterity and hand assembly skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and understand written work instructions in English. Good verbal and written communication skills. Wears personal protective equipment as required. Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment. Work Environment Cleanroom, laboratory, and warehouse environment. Standing and sitting throughout the shift. Frequent use of hands for detailed assembly work. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
