We are seeking skilled Medical Assemblers to join a growing medical device manufacturing team dedicated to innovation, quality, and patient safety. In this role, your precision and craftsmanship will directly contribute to products used in the healthcare industry, making a meaningful impact on people's lives. What You'll Do Assemble small medical device components with a high degree of accuracy Work with microscopes, hand tools, and specialized manufacturing equipment Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Inspect components throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met Maintain compliance with cleanroom and manufacturing procedures
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Medical Assembly experience Minimum 2 years of blueprint reading experience Minimum 2 years of experience working with small, intricate parts Minimum 2 years of cleanroom experience Previous assembly experience in a medical device, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing environment Ideal Candidate Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Exceptional attention to detail Quality-focused mindset Ability to work efficiently while maintaining strict standards Why Join Us?
