Job Description

Required Education:

Job Summary:
Technician I, Service will provide technical service and repair support for Merlin@Home transmitters within the company's Cardiac Rhythm Management organization. The role involves decontamination and handling of external medical devices, assembly-line activities, and preparation of HLA and Return Kits. Previous experience is preferred but not required, as the company will provide training to candidates with the appropriate technical aptitude and work ethic.

Job Duties
  • Perform technical service and repair activities for Merlin@Home transmitters
  • Decontaminate external medical devices using alcohol wipes and established procedures
  • Work on an assembly line and support production/service activities
  • Assemble and prepare HLA and Return Kits
  • Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements
  • Utilize basic computer systems and documentation processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support additional service and operational activities as assigned
  • Consistently meet attendance and performance expectations
