• Working with Optics is a plus We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Device Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling precision medical devices in a cleanroom environment, ensuring all products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will contribute to the production of life-saving medical equipment, supporting healthcare providers worldwide. Responsibilities Assemble medical devices manually using hand tools, microscopes, and precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production documents to ensure accurate assembly processes. Follow strict cleanroom protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to maintain product integrity and compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process, utilizing measurement tools and visual assessments to verify product specifications. Package finished products according to packaging procedures while maintaining cleanliness and adherence to sterile protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of assembly activities, quality checks, and inspection results in compliance with manufacturing records requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential process enhancements and adhering to manufacturing standard operating procedures. Solder small parts Skills Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and microscopes/magnifying glasses for precise measurement and assembly tasks. Soldering Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in biomedical manufacturing processes and cleanroom environments. Familiarity with

ISO 13485

standards, FDA regulations, GMP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and quality assurance practices within manufacturing settings. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents accurately. Experience with manual and mechanical assembly of medical devices in a regulated environment. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and documentation accuracy. Knowledge of packaging procedures specific to medical device manufacturing facilities. Prior experience in quality inspection roles within manufacturing or medical device industries is highly desirable. Comfortable working in cleanroom protocols with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
