Job Description
Akkodis is seeking an Operator I for a Contract job with a client in Temecula, CA . The ideal candidate must have manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Experience in the medical device industry is a plus but not required.

Rate Range:
$19.00/hour to $ 19.25/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Operator I job responsibilities include:
Perform manufacturing and assembly activities in accordance with established work instructions, policies, and procedures. Utilize microscopes and other inspection tools to support production and quality requirements. Handle, inspect, and process materials and components while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Follow quality, safety, and production standards within a regulated manufacturing environment. Use hand tools and equipment to manipulate, assemble, and inspect products. Complete required documentation and production records accurately and timely. Participate in training programs and comply with operational procedures and company guidelines.Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required . Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus. Comfortable working with microscopes for extended periods. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to follow detailed instructions, policies, and procedures. Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments. Experience performing visual inspections and precision assembly work. Familiarity with quality control and manufacturing documentation processes. Ability to adapt to changing production requirements and schedules.Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per day. Ability to use microscopes and perform detailed visual inspections. Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull. Ability to lift/carry items less than 50 pounds Must possess close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
