Job Summary We are looking for a Laser Welding Operator to support medical device manufacturing. This role involves operating precision laser welding equipment and working with small, delicate components in a quality-focused environment. Key Requirements Laser welding experience or experience with a similar precision welding/fabrication process Experience setting up and operating manufacturing equipment Small parts assembly experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus Comfortable performing detailed, repetitive work with small components Ability to use basic measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers Comfortable working under a microscope or other precision inspection equipment Responsibilities Set up and operate automated laser welding equipment Handle and assemble small, precision components Inspect parts for quality using visual and dimensional inspection methods Identify equipment or material issues and report defects Complete production and quality documentation Follow safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures Perform basic machine maintenance as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who is comfortable working with small parts, precision equipment, and detailed quality requirements . Direct laser welding experience is preferred, but similar precision manufacturing experience will be considered.
