Key Responsibilities:
Assemble a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines, ensuring that standard documentation, quality, and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors. Operate a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment. Manually manipulate fragile wafers regularly, ensuring precision and care. Load fixtures and process equipment with small devices. Perform basic measurements and math calculations related to tolerances and dimensions. Conduct in-process visual inspections with and without microscopes according to established requirements. Accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers. Conduct various dimensional inspections using specific gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers, and micrometers. Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team leads to ensure production targets are met.
Must Have:
1+ years of experience in the medical device industry and manufacturing. 1+ years of experience in a clean room environment using a microscope. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
