•C2C and C2H will not be considered. Role Overview BEPC is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to support our customer's manufacturing operations in Westford, MA. This hands-on Operator I position is responsible for producing high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Working under close supervision, the Medical Device Assembler will perform a combination of assembly, repair, and testing activities involved in the production of medical catheter devices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable handling small components, and able to consistently follow standardized manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, and quality documentation practices within a regulated medical device environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine assembly, repair, and testing operations during the manufacture of medical catheter devices. Complete production activities according to established procedures, work instructions, and standardized processes. Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision. Maintain accurate production, traveler, and quality documentation to support complete product traceability. Ensure manufacturing cell documentation remains accurate and current. Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software applications. Follow established safety procedures and use appropriate safety devices during manufacturing operations. Prioritize assigned work based on production sequencing, timing, importance, and operational requirements. Identify and communicate production issues, concerns, and potential solutions to manufacturing management. Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives designed to improve production processes. Apply basic Lean Manufacturing principles within daily operations. Participate with manufacturing leadership in establishing and monitoring individual goals and manufacturing cell performance metrics. Maintain professional and positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Support applicable Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and other regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean and compliant work environment according to established manufacturing and gowning procedures. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, understand, and follow written manufacturing procedures. Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions. Ability to perform repetitive precision assembly activities. Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts. Ability to use electronic data collection systems and computer software applications. Ability to accurately complete manufacturing and quality documentation. Ability to prioritize work based on production requirements. Ability to make appropriate decisions and judgments with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a manufacturing team. Ability to comply with established safety, quality, gowning, and production requirements. Ability to work 2nd shift onsite in Westford, MA. Manufacturing Environment Requirements This position requires compliance with established production-area dress, hygiene, and contamination-control requirements.

Employees must be able to:

Wear required lab coats, gowns, bouffants, and other applicable production attire. Wear clean, non-shedding clothing appropriate for a controlled manufacturing environment. Wear compliant closed-toe and closed-heel footwear with socks or stockings. Follow requirements regarding jewelry, cosmetics, artificial nails, fragrances, and other items that could create contamination or safety risks. Keep required areas of the body appropriately covered while working in production. Follow applicable gowning, hygiene, contamination-control, and safety procedures.
