In this role, you will work inside a cleanroom environment to assemble, inspect, test, and package high-quality medical devices. Multiple shifts are available, both offering a 4-day work week. Monday•Thursday, 5:00 AM•3:30 PM | $25.50/hr 2nd
Shift:
Monday•Thursday, 3:00 PM•1:30 AM | $28.06/hr Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery and tools per standardized operating procedures. Perform intricate assembly of medical devices using microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, and adhesive bonding. Conduct visual inspections, precision measurements, and automated quality testing on finished units. Package products accurately while completing required travelers, shop floor paperwork, and electronic quality records. Maintain cleanroom standards, handle hazardous materials safely, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements Experience:
2+ years of machine operator or manufacturing experience (medical device experience is a plus).
Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Dexterity:
Strong manual dexterity to maneuver small, complex components.
Technical & Basic Skills:
Proficiency with electronic data collection systems/computers, basic math, and strong English reading and communication skills.
Work Style:
Ability to make sound quality-focused decisions, prioritize assigned tasks, and follow detailed procedures under minimal supervision.
Pay:
