Job Description
Assembly Technician - Weekly Pay!! Hiring for All Shifts! Job Description As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for producing Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. You will ensure the safe execution of the production process by closely adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints or drawings. Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble tubing and connectors according to product blueprints and manufacturing drawings. Operate machinery, handle materials, and package products while adhering to company SOPs and WIDs. Utilize tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks. Follow all safety and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements. Ensure products meet quality standards by conducting mutual inspections with upstream and downstream stations. Record accurate documentation in the Production Control Documents (PCD) as tasks are performed. Actively participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities. Work effectively as part of a team and assist with training and mentoring co-workers. Focus on personal development through timely and proactive completion of training. Essential Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings. Experience with general production and assembly line operations. Familiarity with medical device production and assembly. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to PPE requirements (face mask, bunny suit, gloves). Capability to work on feet for the majority of the shift. Comfortable with repetitive tasks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.40 - $18.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
