Brooklyn Park, MN Job Description Join a leading medical device manufacturing company and become part of a team dedicated to producing high-quality cauterizing surgical instruments. This position involves assembling medical devices in a cleanroom environment while following detailed work instructions and maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities Assemble medical devices on two or more product lines while meeting or exceeding production standards. Follow written processes, procedures, and quality system requirements. Complete and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and records. Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures. Communicate with supervisors and leads regarding production priorities and material shortages. Adapt to process changes and learn new product lines as needed. Assist with training and cross-training activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Kanban management and metrics board maintenance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Support overtime and schedule flexibility when required.Qualifications Required:
Minimum 1 year of medical device assembly experience. Experience working in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and procedures. Strong documentation and record-keeping skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.Preferred:
Soldering experience. Hand bonding experience. Experience assembling medical devices on multiple product lines. Required PPE includes hair net, gown, and booties. Hands must be washed before each entry into the cleanroom. No makeup permitted in production areas. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.80 - $22.88/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
