Schedules:
1st Shift | Monday
  • Friday | 6 AM
  • 2 PM 2nd Shift | Monday
  • Friday | 2 PM
  • 10 PM 3rd Shift | Sunday
  • Thursday | 10 PM
  • 6 AM Must be able to complete 3 days of orientation on the 1st shift.

Job Duties Assemble small, precision components in a clean room manufacturing environment using tweezers and specialized tools. Perform detailed assembly work under a microscope while following blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions. Conduct quality inspections using visual inspection techniques and measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy. Accurately document production activities and inspection results using computer-based systems. Requirements Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience required; medical device assembly experience preferred. Microscope experience preferred, but willing to train candidates with strong attention to detail. Ability to stand for the entire shift and work overtime, including weekends, as needed. Comfortable using computers for documentation, work instructions, and production records. Strong manual dexterity, steady hand, and commitment to following detailed procedures and quality standards.
