Job Description

This role is with a leading medical device manufacturing organization, is seeking Operators to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, ability to learn working with a microscope, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

25 +overtime Temp-to-hire What's the Job? Assemble and produce high-quality medical devices within a structured cleanroom manufacturing environment Perform assembly, testing, and repair tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, medical leads, and related components Use microscope on a daily basis Follow established procedures to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing operations Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues and improvements What's Needed? Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Excellent manual dexterity for handling small components High school diploma or equivalent preferred What's in it for me?
