4:30 AM -3:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator I to join a medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, repair, and test life-saving medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are committed to producing high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical device components according to standard operating procedures. Follow detailed written work instructions and manufacturing processes. Maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability documentation. Operate basic manufacturing equipment and electronic data collection systems. Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues and improvements. Follow all safety procedures and cleanroom protocols. Support production goals while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic documentation systems. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment Cleanroom/medical device manufacturing environment. Requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Must follow strict quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. Dress Code Requirements Clean, non-shedding clothing free of loose fibers or frayed edges. Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required. No sandals, slippers, open-back shoes, or high heels. No makeup, nail polish, artificial nails, perfumes, or scented products. Minimal jewelry only; items that interfere with gloves or safety equipment are prohibited. Clothing must fully cover the torso, upper arms, and legs. All attire must fit properly under required cleanroom gowns and protective equipment. AB01
