Description:

Cleanroom Technician Schedule ✅ Monday-Friday ✅ 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ✅ Consistent daytime hours Why You'll Love This Opportunity Work on life-changing medical devices Small, collaborative team environment (approximately 15 employees) Gain exposure to multiple manufacturing processes and technologies Cross-training opportunities across cleanroom, adhesive, and coating operations Strong opportunities for advancement into Quality, Lead, and other specialized roles Supportive culture focused on learning and professional growth What You'll Do Assemble small medical device components in a cleanroom environment Perform catheter and medical device assembly using microscopes and magnification tools Apply specialized adhesives with a high level of precision Cut and prepare tubing to required specifications Sterilize medical components following established procedures Package finished medical devices for shipment Complete production documentation to ensure quality and traceability Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Rotate between multiple work areas to develop a broad skillset What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 6+ months of medical device assembly or cleanroom manufacturing experience Experience working with microscopes, magnifiers, or small components Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow detailed written instructions Comfortable documenting production activities accurately Preferred Qualifications Catheter assembly experience Medical device manufacturing experience Adhesive/glue application experience Experience working in controlled or regulated environments Ability to cross-train and learn new manufacturing processes Work Environment You'll work in a highly regulated medical device manufacturing facility featuring dedicated cleanroom, adhesive, and coating operations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
