$18.00 per hour 2ndShift:
$20.25 per hour 3rdShift:
$21.50 per hour Employment Type Temp-to-Hire Full-Time Opportunities Available Shifts 1st Shift Monday- Friday 6:00 AM
- 2:00 PM Overtime as needed 2nd Shift Monday
- Friday 2:00 PM
- 10:00 PM Overtime as needed 3rd Shift Sunday
- Thursday 10:00 PM
- 6:00 AM Overtime as needed What You'll Be Doing As a Medical Assembler, you will help manufacture high-quality medical devices in a clean, professional environment.
Responsibilities include:
Medical device assembly Clean room assembly operations Working with small parts and components Scanning and tracking materials Labeling products and packaging Performing inspections and repairs Following detailed work instructions Maintaining accurate records and documentation Supporting inventory control processes Completing additional production tasks as assigned Job Responsibilities Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform hands-on assembly tasks with precision Maintain a clean and organized workstation Troubleshoot basic production issues Meet quality and production standards Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications Work effectively in a team environment Accurately document production activities and inventory Support continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to use basic hand and power tools Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check Ideal Candidates Will Have Manufacturing or assembly experience Experience working with small parts Experience in a clean room environment Strong quality-focused mindset Dependability and good attendance Why Work with ResourceMFG?
