Duties Assemble medical devices with manual and mechanical tools, ensuring all components meet specifications and quality standards Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production documents to accurately perform assembly tasks Use precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances during assembly processes Conduct quality inspections using microscopes and other inspection equipment to identify defects or deviations from specifications Follow strict cleanroom protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain a sterile environment during assembly and packaging Operate plastic injection molding equipment when required for component fabrication or modification Document all assembly steps accurately, maintaining detailed records in compliance with
