1st 6:55am-3:23pm & 2nd 3:30pm-12:00am Join a Team That Makes a Difference In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical device products while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Assemble medical device components using hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment. Follow detailed work instructions, visual aids, and manufacturing procedures to ensure product quality and compliance. Perform repetitive assembly tasks requiring precision, attention to detail, and manual dexterity. Conduct in-process inspections and verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Identify and report quality concerns or nonconforming materials to appropriate personnel. Complete production documentation accurately and in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Package finished products using approved materials and procedures. Verify labels and packaging to ensure product accuracy and traceability. Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting 5S workplace standards. Assist with line changeovers, material replenishment, and setup activities as needed. Participate in training and cross-training opportunities. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform detailed assembly work with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and visual work aids. Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience. Experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated production environment. Familiarity with quality inspection processes and production documentation requirements. Physical Requirements Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly tasks. Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods. Frequent reaching, grasping, and handling of small components. Strong visual ability to inspect products and identify defects. Ability to lift and carry materials according to departmental guidelines. Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday. Pay Details:
