In this role, you will be responsible for the intricate hand-assembly of advanced, life-saving respirator systems. Because these devices are critical to patient survival, we require individuals with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
Precision Hand Assembly:
Perform complex, high-dexterity hand assembly of medical respirators, including small components, tubing, and electronic interfaces, according to strict engineering blueprints.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Conduct visual and manual inspections of parts and finished assemblies to ensure 100% compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and internal quality metrics.
Documentation:
Accurately complete Device History Records (DHR) and standard production logs to maintain full component traceability.
Cleanroom Operations:
Work efficiently within a controlled environment (Cleanroom), adhering to strict gowning, masking, and sterilization protocols.
Tool Utilization:
Safely operate micrometers, calipers, torque drivers, and specialized bonding or soldering equipment.

High School Experience:
