Onsite Role Overview BEPC is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to support our client's manufacturing operations in Liberty, SC. This position is responsible for producing high-quality medical device components, including assemblies used in implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). Working under close supervision, the Medical Device Assembler will perform a combination of assembly, repair, testing, and production activities according to established procedures. Prior manufacturing experience is not required; candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to consistently follow written and verbal instructions. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, repair, testing, and production tasks according to standardized procedures and work instructions. Handle small medical device components while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain accurate production and quality records to ensure product and inventory traceability. Follow established safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Support individual goals, daily production targets, and process performance metrics. Communicate production issues, concerns, and improvement opportunities to leadership. Participate in continuous improvement activities and support Lean Manufacturing principles. Utilize electronic data collection systems and applicable computer software. Support team goals and maintain a positive and professional work environment. Comply with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to support production requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior manufacturing experience is not required . Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written work instructions. Ability to understand and carry out verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to consistently follow established safety procedures. Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic data collection systems and software packages. Ability to prioritize work based on sequencing, timing, and importance. Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute effectively within a manufacturing team. Ability to perform repetitive production tasks and handle small components. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as required. About
