Job Description

Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 0-1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Effective communication skills and ability to understand instructions from coworkers and Team Leads/Supervisors
  • Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to use basic measurement tools, including microscopes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and maintain regular, punctual attendance
  • Willingness to rotate between different tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
  • Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with established quality specifications
  • Follow clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), scientific methods, and quality guidelines
  • Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes, as required
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations related to manufacturing and assembly activities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed to support production requirements
  • Work flexible and/or extended hours as required while maintaining regular and punctual attendance
  • Safely perform all physical requirements associated with the position, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable
