Job Description
Required Education
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) requiredRequired Experience
- Zero to one year of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Experience inspecting parts
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- Tech Skills
- Ability to inspect parts according to quality specifications
- Ability to read write interpret and comprehend specifications written in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to use basic measurement tools such as microscopes
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
- Ability to work with manufacturing equipment and perform basic equipment related tasks
- Soft Skills
- Effective communication skills with coworkers and Team Lead or Supervisor
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Willingness to rotate between different tasks and responsibilities

- Responsibilities
- Perform tasks involved in the fabrication manufacture assembly testing and packaging of medical devices
- Set up operate and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment as required
- Conduct quality inspections on processing lines according to established quality specifications
- Follow established SOPs scientific methods and quality guidelines
- Rotate between different production tasks and responsibilities as required
- Stand walk and sit for extended periods as required
- Lift or move materials weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Work the required E shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with a rotating schedule of 3 days on 2 days off 2 days on and 3 days off including weekends
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Follow all applicable workplace safety and quality requirements
