Assembler Associate -
Medical Device Manufacturing Location:
Athens, TX We are hiring Assembler Associates for a growing medical device manufacturer in Athens, TX. This opportunity is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments who are looking for stable work and competitive pay.
Pay Rates:
1st
Shift:
$15.00/hr 2nd
Shift:
$17.00/hr 3rd
Shift:
$18.00/hr
Schedule:
Up to 10-hour shifts with mandatory Saturday overtime. Responsibilities Assemble medical device components according to work instructions Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met Use basic hand and power tools Package finished products for shipment Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production and quality goals Benefits Weekly pay Direct Deposit or Pay Card options Medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan options Free online skills training Dedicated recruiter support
Job Requirements:
3 months minimum - production or manufacturing experience. High School Diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow written instructions.
