We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual with previous assembly experience who can work with precision in a quality-focused environment.

Previous assembly experience required Job Responsibilities Assemble surgical and medical components according to specifications and work instructions. Carefully inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy. Use hand tools and small equipment as required. Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings, and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work area. Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately. Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures. Meet production and quality standards. Work closely with team members to complete daily production goals. Qualifications Previous assembly experience required . Medical, surgical, electronics, or precision assembly experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working with small components and hand tools. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be quality-focused and able to maintain consistent production. Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements. Ability to work with small components requiring precision. Ability to safely use hand tools and required PPE. Start ASAP!
