Interpret and work with blueprints and schematics. Collaborate effectively within a production team to meet monthly goals. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team environment. Stay available for extended hours on the last business day of each month, if necessary. Essential Skills 1-2 years of production experience. Proficiency in assembly and production techniques. Ability to use hand and power tools. Understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with medical device manufacturing is a plus. Experience in electronic or automotive assembly is acceptable. Supervisory skills and ability to advise/manage teammates preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
