METAL ROLL FORMING MANUFACTURER

- Osceola, AR Summary The machine operator is a key operations team member that will work with all departments within the Windsor, CT plant to optimize throughput, quality, and safety. Key areas of responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Perform production-related duties based on direction being given and the schedule in place Supports a data drive approach to machine operation and Willingness to utilize industry experience as well as best practices from other plants. Communicate effectively with Maintenance and Plant Managers Forklift repair experience a plus Promote and follow all plant and department safety rules Ensure all PPE is used at all times Assist in enforcing daily housekeeping and workplace cleanliness Carry out all additional duties as deemed necessary and assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Slitter experience preferable, but not necessary Manufacturing experience a plus Roll Form repair experience a plus, but not necessary Have the ability to troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues Ability to follow instruction "Get it done" mentality.
