Job Description

Mixer iStaffing is looking for a Mixer to join our production team. The Mixer is responsible for preparing dough and other bakery mixes by following recipes, measuring ingredients accurately, and operating mixing equipment safely. Responsibilities Prepare dough and mixes according to production recipes and specifications. Weigh and add ingredients accurately and in the correct order. Operate and monitor industrial mixers and related equipment. Check dough or mix consistency, temperature, and appearance throughout the process. Make adjustments when needed to meet product specifications. Follow production schedules and complete batches within required timeframes. Record batch information and report any issues to the supervisor. Keep ingredients, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Follow all food safety, sanitation, GMP, and safety procedures. Clean and sanitize mixing equipment between batches and at the end of the shift. Work closely with other production employees to keep the line running efficiently. Perform other production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred. Mixer experience is a plus, but training may be provided to the right candidate. Able to read and follow recipes, formulas, and production instructions. Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately. Able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with others. Comfortable working around industrial equipment and in a bakery production environment. Able to lift and move ingredients and materials as required. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying. Ability to lift bags, containers, and other ingredients as required. Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures. Schedule This position may require early morning, overnight, weekend, and/or holiday shifts depending on production needs Join a team that takes pride in making quality bakery products every day. Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
