The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various fabrication processes. As a Grinder, you will be responsible for grinding, shaping, and finishing metal components to meet precise specifications. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints accurately. Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM Duties Operate grinding machines in the fabrication shop. Utilize laser cutting and plasma cutting techniques as needed for specific projects. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the appropriate grinding techniques and tooling required. Fabricate parts according to specifications. Conduct regular maintenance on grinding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols. Qualifications Experience in grinding and similar roles within a fabrication environment . Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
