Sunday - Thursday Job Description As a Mixer Operator at Matt & Nat Bakery, you will be responsible for picking, scaling and mixing raw ingredients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that mixes follow our recipes and meet the highest standards or quality and taste. This role requires attention to detail, creativity and a passion for baking. Key Responsibilities Pick Ingredients from warehouse based on recipes Scale and mix ingredients Combine measured ingredients into mixers Follow recipes and mixing instructions Fill out batch sheets and lot codes used Maintain a clean and organized work area Comply with all GMP requirements Assist with changeovers, machine setup and cleaning Ability to work independently Notify managers of any issues Must adhere/comply with all Company policies, producers and practices Qualifications Previous experience as a mixer/scaler Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients Strong math and reading skills Ability to work well with others and be a team player Ability to work full time 7am - 4pm Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a face-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 70lbs Must have legal working status in the U.S. Must be able to pass a drug screening
