Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) + overtime + benefits About the Role We're seeking a skilled Concrete Mixer Truck Operator to join our growing team. This position involves more than just driving, we're looking for a hands-on professional who understands the full scope of concrete production and delivery. You'll be responsible for safely operating and maintaining both ready mix and volumetric concrete trucks , ensuring accurate mixes, timely deliveries, and top-quality service on every job. Key Responsibilities Operate ready mix and volumetric mixer trucks safely and efficiently. Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks on assigned vehicles and equipment. Accurately batch, mix, and deliver concrete according to job specifications. Manage concrete slump, consistency, and quality on site. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, batch plant personnel, and job site crews. Maintain delivery documentation and load tickets accurately. Keep truck and mixing equipment clean and in good working order. Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards. Qualifications CDL Class B or higher with clean driving record. (Class A with doubles, Triples, and Tanker Endorsements preferred) Minimum 3

• year of experience

• operating Class B or Class A vehicles required. (Mixer operation experience preferred) Heavy equipment operation experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to operate chutes, levers, controls, and perform equipment adjustments. Excellent communication and time management skills.
