What We're Looking For The Right Attitude:

Reliability:

Consistency is key. Good attendance isn't just a requirement; it's how we keep the mill running smoothly.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Did you attend a tech school? Do you have experience in a mechanical field? That's a huge plus.

Precision:

You must be able to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/4 inch . Helpful Experience While we are happy to train the right person, let us know if you have experience with:

Machine Operation:

Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Woodworking Tools:

Experience operating planers, saws, or sanding machines.

Finishing/Painting:

Our finishing area applies stains to moldings; experience with a spray gun is highly valued. Physical Requirements This is a high-energy, active role.

You should be comfortable with:
