Responsibilities:

Operate molding machines, set molds, and make process adjustments to produce high-quality molded components. Perform inspections, testing, and audits to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Complete production documentation, create labels, and maintain accurate records in the system. Maintain a safe, clean work environment while supporting training, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing experience preferred; less than 1 year of experience accepted. Ability to work the overnight shift (Sunday to Thursday, 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM) and be flexible during training. Basic computer skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
