Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00

PM Position Type:

Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Employment Solutions is hiring a Lathe Operator / Spot Welder for our client's sensor production team in Wallingford, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, precision manufacturing work. Responsibilities Operate lathe machinery to shape and modify small components. Perform spot welding according to specifications. Assemble small fluid sensor components. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Read and follow work instructions and basic drawings. Meet daily production and quality goals. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, lathe, or spot welding experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working with small, detailed components. Ability to understand basic measurements, including fractions and decimals. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
