Job Description:

CONCRETE CRUSHER OPERATOR /LEADMAN CWR

is a growing road construction company. We are seeking to fill a highly skilled Concrete Crusher Operator position for our local operations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation and oversight of concrete crushing operations on road construction projects Perform advanced operation and maintenance of Eagle Crusher units, including screen changes, impact bar rotation and replacement, wear-part replacement, and oversight of housekeeping and safety around crushing operations Monitor material flow, gradation, and production rates to meet project requirements Perform daily equipment inspections, lubrication, and basic maintenance Identify mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel Maintain crusher setup and adjustments for optimal performance Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience required Strong troubleshooting and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be able to work days, nights, or weekends as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to complete all required paperwork efficiently Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license Employer conducts drug testing and background check We offer competitive salaries and fringe benefits.
