salary:

$50,000 - $62,400 per year shift: Second work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM education: High School Responsibilities Supports daily production quality, material flow, equipment upkeep, and workplace cleanliness. This role may be temporarily covered by a Process Engineer or Technical Manager when vacant. After 12 months in the position and successful demonstration of required tasks, candidates may be eligible for advancement to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain clean, debris-free floors Complete daily mold condition and cavitation sheets, and silo log Weigh, record, and sort scrap parts; dispose of properly Enter production and scrap data into daily reports Support Supervisor in completing reaction sheets Confirm resin and masterbatch materials are correct and labeled Move materials as needed for production Assist Maintenance and Tooling with mold PMs under supervision Support short-term projects alongside Engineering staff Keep personal toolbox clean and organized; maintain tools in good condition Report any issues with molds, tools, or machines Complete Injection Molding Fundamentals training with 80%+ score Apply learned molding skills on the production floor Understand proper purging, defect identification, mold types, runner/gate systems, and safety procedures Perform any additional duties as assigned by management The essential functions of this role include: wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 40lbs working weekends Skills Product Inspection Monitoring Blueprint Reading Reporting Record Scrap Material Verification Preventative Maintenance Injection Molding Remove Molds Install Molds Resin Changes Valve Gate Systems Hot Runner Systems Part Defect Identification Lean 5s GMP Clean Molds Prep Molds Assist Maintenance Department Electronic Maintenance Mechanical Maintenance Mold Technician Molding Injection Molding Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
