Full-Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Operator to join our footwear manufacturing team in Medley, FL. This role focuses on the production of PVC shoes using injection molding machinery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has prior injection molding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under the direction of a team leader. Key Responsibilities Operate injection molding machines for the production of PVC footwear Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product quality Load materials and maintain consistent production flow Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards Trim, finish, and prepare molded shoes as needed Follow instructions and production schedules set by the team leader Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues when necessary Adhere to all company safety and manufacturing procedures

Requirements Mandatory:

Previous injection molding experience Ability to operate and understand injection molding machinery Must speak and understand English Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move materials up to 30 lbs Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a high-speed environment

Pay & Benefits Pay:

$17.50 per hour (based on experience)
