We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Technician at Puroclean, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties to their pre-loss condition while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position, normal work hours are 8am- 5pm, Monday-Friday plus overtime and required to participate in an on-call rotation after hours, weekends and holidays. IICRC Certifications are preferred but not required. Experience in emergency restoration preferred.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage restoration. Assess and inspect damaged properties to determine the extent of restoration required. Perform water extraction, structural drying, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup. Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective restoration processes. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders with professionalism and empathy. Maintain equipment, tools, and materials to ensure they are in good working condition. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect both team members and clients. Keep accurate records of work performed and complete necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus. Previous experience in property restoration or related fields preferred. Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy objects. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to be on-call and work irregular hours as needed. Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations. Clean driving record Must be able to pass background check Basin knowledge of power tools required
