Ability to complete production paperwork, work orders, and manufacturing documentation accurately. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles is a plus. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday. Ability to lift, move, and handle raw materials, molded parts, and finished goods as required. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for trimming, inspection, assembly, and packaging tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during repetitive manufacturing processes. Job Duties Operate and monitor injection molding machines used in the production of plastic components and products. Inspect, trim, assemble, and package molded parts to meet customer specifications and quality requirements. Handle raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and finished goods throughout the production process. Complete work orders, production records, and related documentation accurately and on time. Follow all company safety policies and promptly report potential safety concerns or hazards. Read, understand, and apply training materials, work instructions, and production procedures. Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure materials, parts, tools, and liquids are properly stored and kept clear of equipment and walkways.
