Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Volumetric Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment and machinery to mix materials for construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work efficiently in a construction site environment. The Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are prepared accurately and timely for project execution and deliver to the jobsite Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, dump trucks, and volumetric concrete trucks Perform installation tasks related to mixing processes on construction sites. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic mechanical repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Follow all safety guidelines while operating machinery and working on-site. Document daily activities and report any issues or concerns to supervisors. Skills Proficient in heavy equipment operation, particularly loaders and volumetric concrete trucks. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience in concrete pumping and mixing processes is highly desirable. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. A valid commercial CDL is mandatory.
