HPP Molding Technician III Join a high-performing manufacturing team as an HPP Molding Technician Level III. In this role, you'll lead high-pressure molding operations, troubleshoot complex equipment, optimize processes, and reduce downtime. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of molding or similar experience, strong mechanical skills, and can read technical drawings. —perfect for someone ready to drive improvements and lead on the floor. HPP Molding Technician III Details:
Contract to Hire position $30.00 to $45.00 /hour Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:30am) Operate, monitor, and set up HPP molding equipment to ensure consistent production performance and high-quality output Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to keep production running efficiently Partner with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements, corrective actions, and maintain compliance with safety standards
HPP Molding Technician III Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with HPP molding or similar manufacturing processes, with strong troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to read/interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process documentation Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience with PLC programming, control systems, and Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices preferred Technical training, associate degree (or higher), or certifications in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or industrial maintenance a plus Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
